After understanding the elements
The next natural step is ...working on it?
Taking action?
But what does action mean?
When your days are set
Routine brutal
Time minimal
There is only so much you can do right?
I think:
be realistic
be positive
believe in You
Go crazy
For a moment let it sink in:
Everything seems far fetched (one day)
Problems, commitments, things to do... are never ending ( being real)
Then what can you really do?
Go crazy:
1. Pick an idea which feels good to you
There are a million things holding you back..but what is the one thought that brings you JOY?
2. Let that idea GROW in your life.. give it time + remain patient
all your life until now has been a certain way..any massive change is possible..but realistically.
Slowly.
Daily.
Eventually.
Let it happen.
3. Focus on what’s possible, do daily tiny efforts
Tiny efforts include:
writing for 5 min in your day
Thinking for 5 min,
Journaling for 5 min
The big change starts with a single step.
Today can be that single step for You..take it.
That’s it.
That’s all that you can do, that’s all that will make a difference in your life.
It’s not picture perfect and might never be
But if you don’t even try some messy things now.. will you see any picture for yourself ( let alone the big beautiful picture in your mind?!)
